Running Log: February

We blinked, and February is over.

But we are also that much closer to warmer weather in the midwest, my friends.

My updates for February are boring. But I proved to myself I could remain consistent, despite being out-of-town three of the four weekends. Patting myself on the back for that one.  I managed to squeeze in 24 miles total, four HITT classes, as well as one Bodypump class. My longest run was five miles. I’m hopeful to increase the mileage of my long runs in March by 1 or 2 miles.


Goals: 200 miles + 1 half marathon in 2019

  • January: 21
  • February: 24

YTD: 45 miles

Commitment issues: Still deciding which race is right for me this year.
